Hunter "Alpha" Howler is a Howlian with a heavy interest in technology and specifically that which can be used to augment ones abilities.
It is assumed he was born on Howlia however further evidence suggests he was raised by a Foxinnian family.
Unable to keep himself out of government business, he seems to get caught up in situations out of his own control. These include but are not limited to, Criminal Activity, UPF Investigations, MNP Interventions, TFD Operations.

Alpha is considered an ally at times even though the collateral damage from his actions can raise costs into the tens of thousands. This is why his threat level is set to 3. Under keen watch by the HMF and specifically CMDR Susanna Ravenwing herself who has voiced her opinions of Alpha as being less than stellar.
The Alpha Catalyst
The Alpha Catalyst is a device implanted in Alpha's chest.
It acts as an artificial heart of sorts, managing the pumping of blood around his body while also acting as a small scale housing for Alpha's on board AI "CAI"

The Catalyst itself is mounted in Alpha's sternum where a hole is drilled in.
The Catalyst can hold a large amount of charge but not generate any in the background.

Later variations were intended to not only be functional but be stylish too. Utilising Alpha's colour scheme of Cyan, Lime, White and Black with lighting effects equipped where possible.

The original Catalyst was constructed by Alpha's friend "Lima" who saved Alpha after his heart was removed by Delta. This first variant was very rudimentary and only had one small LED as an indication of functionality.

The Catalyst eventually became used as Alpha's logo and a clear sign of him.
Alpha's Suit
Alpha's suit has gone through many variations since it was first created.
Alpha created the suit's first prototype after he left the Solar Howl as a form of protection that can also be equipped with energy shield capabilities. This first version even included a mask that is placed on the head.

The suit includes a circular hole on the chest for the Alpha catalyst to be pushed through, it has contact points around this hole to connect to the catalyst's power storage.
​
The suit is equipped with various gadgets over time. The primary of which is two forms of hardlight weaponry. This would be a recreation of Howlian Blades and an arm mounted shield.
​
The suit is able to improve Alpha's strength and speed significantly and aids him in deflecting projectiles in its later more advanced versions along with eventually having an emergency escape system allowing randomised brief Multiverse travel.
