Charlie Fox is a member of Alpha's small team of freelancers. He is proficient with ranged combat. More specifically with snipers and bows.
His stealth skills are almost unmatched as he can enter a room casually and still have no-one notice him enter.
Most of Charlie's past remains an enigma as he sees it as "Unimportant" to describe.
Charlie's voice almost always seems to come out in a whisper.
His main weapon initially is a handmade bow and dagger but eventually the bow gets swapped out for a custom harlight arrow bow created by Alpha as a gift and to enhance Charlie's natural talent. Another gift was given along with this in the form of magnetic climbing gloves and boots, allowing Charlie to climb metal surfaces with relative ease and agility.
